Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc. is launching the Airbus Global Graduate Programme in Manufacturing Engineering. This two-year development journey accelerates your leadership and technical skills through personalized rotations and intensive workshops.

You will work on process improvements, shop-floor support, and exposure to SAP MES, Zamiz, and document control systems while rotating across manufacturing and quality functions to build a strong foundation for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• Recently graduated or early professional experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Operations (0–3 years).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvements in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Handle day-to-day manufacturing engineering operations and shop-floor support.
• Gain proficiency in Airbus manufacturing systems (SAP MES, Zamiz, document control).
• Learn engineering principles in a manufacturing environment aligned with aircraft lifecycle.
• Participate in rotational placements across manufacturing, quality, or adjacent departments.
