Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project work supporting process improvements in the Manufacturing Engineering ecosystem.
• Daily ME operations, including work order management, implementation of work process improvements to address non-conformities, and providing shop-floor engineering support to operations and quality.
• Proficiency in Airbus manufacturing engineering computer systems, such as document control systems, SAP Manufacturing Execution System, Zamiz, and more.
• Learn to apply engineering principles and analysis in a manufacturing environment, interfacing with shop floor and regional teams.
• Rotational placements across manufacturing process phases, quality, or adjacent departments/sites based on development needs.
• Development pathway to grow into the Graduate Manufacturing Engineer role.
