Airbus Americas is launching a Global Graduate Programme in logistics, with a two-year development journey designed to sharpen leadership potential and technical acumen. You’ll rotate through manufacturing logistics, quality, and related areas while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of supply chain management or logistics (0 - 3 years of experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English).
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
• Ability to work in the US without current or future need of visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Development pathway guiding growth into the role of Graduate Logistics Project Manager.
• Project work supporting the continuous improvement of the Airbus Logistics and Warehouse organization.
• Daily operation support across the warehouse department at a multi-program facility, including global supply chain.
• Learn how to use SAP MES and other Airbus manufacturing IT tools.
• Gain experience in lean manufacturing principles and global supply chain topics.
• Rotational placements across manufacturing logistics, quality, and adjacent departments.
