Rotation across PMI, finance, IT and operations, with in-person and virtual workshops and a dedicated development week.

Hi-potential candidates will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder communications while preparing for future leadership roles within Airbus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Management, IT/Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, HR, Supply Chain or International Business.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in related fields.
• Based in Herndon, VA with travel to other US locations.

Responsibilities

• PMI HRBP/HR Digital projects: data and document migration, HRIS integration, data compliance.
• Finance projects: support quarterly reporting and budgeting for OpEx.
• PMI leadership projects: governance, dashboards, headcount reporting.
• IT/Operations/Facilities: ERP system changes support and coordination.
• Learn SAP, Gsuite and Skywise; develop project management and leadership skills.
• Lead/support projects in aviation parts distribution/repair environment.
