Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. invites university graduates to join a two-year Global Graduate development journey beginning June 2027. The program blends technical growth, leadership training, and hands-on project experience across rotations in US-based locations.

You will gain exposure to structural analysis, training workshops, and a dedicated development week with peers and leaders, positioning you for a future leadership role within Airbus.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering (Aero/Civil/Mechanical) with emphasis on structural design/analysis.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment and drive innovation.
  • Self-aware and eager to lead your development journey.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and size primary structure on Airbus Commercial Aircraft.
  • Document analyses for trade studies and certification projects.
  • Use Hypermesh, MS Excel, Google Suite and Airbus proprietary analysis tool.
  • Learn Airbus methods of sizing structure and certification documentation requirements.
  • Learn concepts of structural analysis and how to apply them to sizing.
  • Participate in rotational placements and develop toward Stress Engineer role.
