Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is launching a Global Graduate program in partnership with Airbus, aimed at developing future leaders in Programme & Project Management.

The two-year rotation focuses on PMI, finance, IT/ERP, and business analytics, with hands-on experience across aviation parts distribution and operations. Graduates will rotate through HR, finance, IT and operations, culminating in leadership-ready profiles.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field as listed.
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support PMI HRBP/HR Digital projects including data migration and HRIS integration.
• Assist with finance projects: quarterly reporting and budgeting.
• Support PMI governance, reporting, and leadership briefing decks.
• Aid ERP system changes and cross-department coordination for IT/Facilities.
• Learn SAP, Gsuite and Skywise tools.
