Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring graduating students, handling HR approvals, reconciling stipends, and supporting program events and budget management. This role offers remote/hybrid eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of related experience is required.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR and Financial operations for the GBS doctoral program.
• Oversee student on-boarding and off-boarding for all themes; ensure hire documents processed in a timely manner.
• Monitor graduating students and transfers by university deadlines; assist with HR document approvals; monitor payroll default account and funding monthly.
