Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., higher education or engineering education).
• Four years of professional experience in higher education, graduate education, recruitment, or enrollment management.
• Experience independently managing projects or programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment initiatives for Purdue Engineering Indianapolis, planning and executing activities aligned with growth goals.
• Develop, implement, and assess graduate recruitment strategies and yield programming.
• Collaborate with schools, programs, and partners to expand masters and doctoral recruitment in Indianapolis.
• Analyze enrollment trends and provide data-informed recommendations to improve recruitment and yield.
• Represent Purdue at recruitment events and conferences, delivering presentations to prospective students.
• Develop pathways and BEAM-like programs to expand graduate enrollment opportunities.
• Coordinate professional development and signature initiatives for Indianapolis graduate students.
• Lead collaborations with chairs, faculty, staff, and Career Services to address persistence barriers.
