Purdue University is seeking a Recruiter to support the recruitment and enrollment efforts for Purdue Polytechnic degree and certificate programs. Working in Indianapolis, you will cultivate relationships with prospective students and partners, present information sessions, and travel to events to advance enrollment goals.

The role involves advising on programs, admissions processes, and transfer credits, collaborating with the Director to evaluate strategies for growth and student success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in college recruitment, college/university academic advising, sales, marketing, and/or public relations.
• Superior communication skills (spoken, written, group, individual).
• Motivation to increase enrollment with minimal supervision.
• Advanced computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, database usage, e-mail, and internet.
• Ability to work independently and maintain excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to travel within a specific geographic location to attend recruitment events.

Responsabilidades

• Develops relationships with prospective students and key community partners.
• Delivers presentations and information sessions to large audiences on and off campus.
• Participates in recruitment events and outreach activities.
• Provides guidance on academic programs, admissions processes, and transfer-credit opportunities.
• Collaborates with the Director to develop, evaluate, and refine recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies.
• Maintains flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends, and travels within a specific geographic territory to attend recruitment events.
