Job summary

San José State University's Lucas Graduate School of Business seeks a Business Graduate Programs Analyst to support day-to-day operations and program administration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training is required.
• Administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to policy/program improvement.
• Experience in higher education and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student enrollment from admitted status through graduation and communicate with students.
• Oversee course registration, academic standing, degree candidacy, and progress eligibility.
• Coordinate Open University student registration and tracking procedures.
• Develop and maintain communication systems for university requirements via literature, web, and email.
• Contribute to scheduling, room assignments, and faculty load planning for graduate programs.
• Prepare contracts and paperwork for faculty appointments and special sessions.
• Support AACSB reporting and program evaluations with data analysis.
