Responsibilities

• Develop gap analyses and prioritized requirements.
• Develop test plans aligned with requirements and future state; coordinate testing.
• Ensure quality solutions meet requirements and enhance capabilities.
• Develop relationships with businesses to optimize applications usage.
• Lead cross-functional process re-engineering teams.
• Create project documentation (Scope, Requirements, Design, Tests, Support).
• Create detailed project and implementation plans with department personnel.
• Manage execution of project plans across phases (analysis to implementation).
• Design, build and configure new solutions to meet business needs.
• Enhance existing solutions as needed and test deployments.
