Job summary

San José State University seeks an Associate Dean for Undergraduate & Graduate Programs in the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business (LCoB). • Doctoral degree in business or related field per AACSB standards.
• Three years of relevant administrative experience in a business or academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise undergraduate enrollment and impaction planning, retention efforts, and general supervision of student welfare.
• Oversee the BSBA degree development and delivery and supervise the LCoB program director.
• Collaborate with Undergraduate Curriculum Committees to maintain current, relevant course content and delivery.
