Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience related to graduate/undergraduate student programs.
• Experience with academic advising and monitoring student degree progress.
• Outstanding customer service and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to collaborate, work independently, and remain flexible under high stress.
• Strong organizational skills with large data handling and multiple caseloads.
• Prioritize deadlines and manage budgets or financial tracking for programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for master's and BS+MS Integrated Program students.
• Advise on registration, degree requirements, and graduation checks; monitor progress.
• Provide guidance on program rules and ensure policy compliance.
• Support admissions for master's and BS+MS Integrated programs.
• Handle inquiries, send acceptance/denial letters, and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate with TA/AI assignments and track student funding and placement.
• Maintain tracking to assess program effectiveness, retention, and outcomes.
• Support institutional assessments and graduate newsletters and LEAP Alliance.
