Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice. Under a preceptor, you will complete a 120‑day training roadmap advancing store, district, and regional operations while ensuring safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service.

You will learn SOPs, develop professional standards, and grow toward Pharmacist responsibilities with hands-on experience and leadership interaction across the district.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot quickly between tasks when needed
• Ensure prescription labeling accuracy and patient safety
• Provide patient counseling and respond to medical questions under supervision
• Assist with immunizations, point-of-care testing, and other services as allowed
• Demonstrate empathy and maintain a safe, inclusive culture in interactions
