Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be classified as a degree-seeking graduate student at JSU.
• Must be actively enrolled in a graduate degree program at JSU during the assistantship semester.
• If a new student, must be admitted to a degree program.
• Must be actively enrolled in required coursework towards the degree.

Responsibilities

• Clerical duties include scheduling student meetings and handling email.
• Participates in staff meetings and professional development.
• Assigned to Navigate360 academic cases/alerts.
• Performs data collection, research, and reports each semester for assigned student cohorts.
• Organizes data using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Administers pre-and post-assessments (LASSI and SLA).
• Assist with grading papers and other duties to support the department.
• Participates in trainings and meetings.
