Job summary

Jacksonville State University is seeking a Graduate Administrative Assistant in the Dean’s School of Business & Industry. The role supports data collection, organization, and analysis, assists with projects, and reports to the Associate Dean. A graduate student status and enrollment are required during the term.

The position offers 20 hours/week during academic terms, $8.25/hour, plus a semester scholarship up to $4,386 that covers tuition and university fees.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate student enrolled at JSU.
• Active enrollment in a graduate degree program during the assistantship term.
• Must maintain the minimum GPA for the degree program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for the department.
• Support the Associate Dean and Graduate Program Coordinator.
• Help develop and maintain the CBI Newsletter and social media hub.
• Aid with special projects and other duties as assigned.
