Ascension Health is offering a Nurse Residency program at Ascension St. Vincent in Central Indiana.

The January 2027 cohort supports days or nights with options for full-time or part-time schedules, providing structured learning and mentorship as you transition from student to professional nurse. Requirements include BLS within 30 days and RN licensure by the Indiana Board of Nursing within 120 days, with enrollment in or completion of a nursing program.

• RN credentialed with Indiana Board of Nursing within 4 months of hire date.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months hire.
