Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years of cumulative experience OR 7+ years of applicable experience.
Experience in Graduate Medical Education or similar accreditation-focused environment preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Manages budget aspects of the department, balancing expenditures per audit guidelines.
Oversees staff relations, performance management, scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
Ensures residency/fellowship programs meet Joint Commission, OSHA and ACGME standards.
Develops systems to support change per ACGME standards and accreditation needs.
Prepares and presents at national, regional, and local conferences and meetings.
Coordinates a large cyclical calendar with weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines.
Manages projects, streamlines processes, and builds faculty development programs.
Supports onboarding/offboarding, graduation, faculty development and cross-functional coordination.
