This development path includes rotational placements, exposure to SAP MES and document control systems, and emphasis on leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will engage in a structured training journey, leadership workshops, and an annual in-person development week with peers and leaders to accelerate your growth.

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within Mechanical or Aerospace engineering.
• 0–3 years of engineering or manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• A desire to work in a collaborative, innovative team environment.
• Be self-aware and proactive in development.
• Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvements in the Manufacturing Engineering ecosystem.
• Handle daily manufacturing engineer operations and shop-floor support.
• Learn Airbus manufacturing systems such as SAP MES and document control.
• Apply engineering principles in a manufacturing setting with cross-site collaboration.
• Participate in rotational placements across manufacturing, quality, and related departments.
