Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant degree field.
• 0-3 years degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent communication and proactive problem solving are expected.

Responsibilities

• Deployment of the AOS standards roadmap and related deployment activities.
• Support development and assessment of AOS standards and industry benchmarks.
• Provide coaching and training in AOS/Lean practices to production teams.
