Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Industrial, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • 0–3 years in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering, quality tools and process optimization
  • Knowledge of aeronautical manufacturing basics
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • 10% travel (domestic/international)
  • US work authorization (no sponsorship required)
  • Collaborative, self‑driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support deployment of AOS standards and lean practices
  • Assist in development, diagnosis and optimization of industrial processes
  • Provide coaching and training on AOS/Lean methods
  • Participate in cross‑functional teams to drive improvement
