Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms
• Provide timely, professional support about academic programs, admissions, and general college information
• Assist with inquiry tracking and follow-up communications
• Support enrollment and outreach initiatives for BSN, Allied Health, and certificate programs
• Maintain accurate records and organized communication logs
