Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas in Houston invites recent Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering graduates to start a long-term career as an Entry-Level Field Service Engineer. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while supporting real-world energy and telecom systems at customer sites.

You'll work with senior engineers, follow structured training plans, and gain exposure to UPS and HVAC systems used in critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, UPS, or related field.
• Military technical experience also considered.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Travel regionally for field assignments.
• Complete service reports and documentation on time.
