Eligible candidates typically hold a Bachelor's in Engineering and have at least two years of engineering experience, with an EIT certification or the ability to obtain Texas EIT within six months.

• Prepare specifications and ensure compliance with engineering policies and practices.
• Assist in budget inputs and cost estimates for projects.
• Plan for and size equipment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to exchange information and respond to questions.
