Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• EIT for junior roles; PE for senior roles.
• 1+ years in municipal water/wastewater design for EIT; 5+ years with PM/construction admin for PE; TX MUDs/permits preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, ArcGIS or similar hydraulic modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing water/wastewater systems, including plans, specs, and reports.
• Support project deliverables under supervision of senior engineers.
• Collaborate on treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems.
• Supervise EITs, drafters, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with municipal standards and regulations.
