Job summary

Dashiell Corporation, a Quanta Services unit, is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer in Wisconsin to join a project team. You will develop design documents, wiring diagrams, and BOMs for substations while under direct supervision, and you’ll gain hands‑on experience at job sites.

You will perform calculations, learn industry standards, and use engineering software to support relay coordination, transformer sizing, and load flow studies, with opportunities to travel and grow in a structured

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required; power focus is preferred.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire is required.
• Prior internship and/or related work experience in the power field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create design documents, drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials for substation projects under senior engineer supervision.
• Perform engineering calculations and studies: relay burden, load flow, short circuit, ground grid design, relay coordination, and transformer sizing.
• Apply industry standards (NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE, ANSI) and gain hands‑on experience at job sites.
• Deliver accurate work on schedule, travel to project sites as needed.
