Job summary

Dashiell Corporation, a leading provider of electrical infrastructure services, seeks a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join a project team under supervision. You will help create design documents, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials while applying NEC, NESC, and IEEE standards on substations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with an EIT in view or within one year of hire; prior internship in power or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university is required; power focus preferred.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or ability to obtain within one year of hire is required.
• Prior internship and/or related work experience in the power field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create design documents and wiring diagrams for substations under senior engineer supervision.
• Perform engineering calculations such as load flow, short circuit, and relay coordination under supervision.
• Learn and apply standards NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSI on projects.
• Travel to project sites as required and support project schedules.
