Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, data science, cybersecurity, or computer science.
• Graduates expected in 2026 or 2027 with ability to start in June 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership through campus organizations, internships or other activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid technical foundation with ability and curiosity to learn new tools and systems.
• Proactive and self-motivated with drive to identify opportunities and initiatives.
• Adaptable and curious, with willingness to explore new areas of digital technology.
• Experience with or interest in product, program, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Carrier's businesses, products, customers, and organization structure.
• Collaborate on priorities with senior cross-functional leaders to address strategic initiatives.
• Lead projects end-to-end, defining scope, delivering solutions, and measuring results.
• Build and implement solutions using enterprise systems, data, and AI/automation.
• Present outcomes and impact to Carrier Digital leadership after each rotation.
