Job summary

Carrier is launching the Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP), a two-year rotation-based leadership development path designed for high-potential graduates. You will rotate across Digital teams, gaining hands-on experience in data, AI, digital products, and cybersecurity while building leadership skills and Mentorship from senior leaders.

You will contribute to meaningful projects, learn to manage end-to-end initiatives, and present results to Digital leadership after each rotation, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, data science, cybersecurity, and computer science.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be geographically mobile and able to relocate for rotations.
• Graduates of 2026 or 2027 and available to start in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Carrier’s businesses, products, and customers.
• Work with senior cross-functional leaders on real business priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and align priorities.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to delivery.
• Build solutions using enterprise systems, data, and AI/automation.
• Collaborate across technical, business, and operations teams.
• Present results to Carrier Digital leadership after each rotation.
• Build a cross-functional network of mentors and colleagues.
