Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA is 3.0 or higher.
• Must be a 2026 or 2027 graduate and begin the Leadership Program in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of Carrier's businesses, products, and customers.
• Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders on real business priorities.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to delivered solutions and measurable results.
• Build and implement solutions using enterprise systems, data, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
