Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation invites graduates to join the Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP), a two-year leadership program with three eight-month rotations across Digital teams. You will work on data, AI, digital products, and cybersecurity while building leadership, business, and technical capabilities.

Successful candidates show strong academics, leadership potential, and a passion for technology, with training, mentoring, and global networking throughout the program.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, data science, cybersecurity, or computer science.
Geographically mobile and able to relocate for rotations.
Graduates of 2026 or 2027 start in June 2027.

Responsibilities

Complete three eight-month rotations across Carrier’s Digital Organization.
Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to delivery of solutions.
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on real business priorities.
Develop leadership, business, and technical skills in a global network.
