PriceLabs is seeking a customer-centric professional to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries across channels, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions to help customers maximize value from the PriceLabs platform.

As a starting role in a SaaS company, you will learn across departments and contribute to a high-standard support culture while working remotely from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience are essential.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to diagnose issues.
• Strong math and numbers-heavy product understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and provide resolutions to customers' queries.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
• Answering questions over email, phone calls, & live video calls.
• Finding ways to go above & beyond to help customers.
