• Use benchmark data to assess estimate accuracy
• Advise on capital planning strategies for large portfolios
• Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification and bid evaluation
• Assist in bid interviews and vendor selection recommendations
• Oversee appointment processes aligned with client objectives
• Establish and manage cost reporting schedules and present forecasts
