Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project estimates including construction, direct work, and other costs.
• Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs.
• Advise clients on capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios.
• Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling.
• Establish and manage cost reporting schedules and present cost reports to clients.
• Oversee cost control, change management, and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy.
