Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Management Analyst as part of our Graduate Development Program in Los Angeles, CA. You will support cost management services across capital projects, including cost planning, estimating, procurement and reporting, helping clients optimize investments.

The program is designed for recent graduates (0–2 years) over roughly two years, with exposure to SOX controls and end-to-end cost delivery on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Masters Degree.
• Preferred Degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project estimates including construction, fees, direct work and other costs.
• Engage vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs.
• Provide cost planning, procurement and reporting insights.
• Manage cost reporting schedules and risk registers.
• Support bidding, vendor selection and change management.
