Job summary

Turner & Townsend in New Haven, CT, is launching a Cost Management Analyst for our Graduate Development Program. Recent graduates will support capital projects, cost estimating, procurement, contract administration, and reporting to optimize client investments.

The two-year program develops core competencies across cost management, financial close, and benchmarking, with exposure to multiple services and vendors.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree required or preferred.
• Preferred degrees include Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, or General Business.

Responsibilities

• Support in development of comprehensive project estimates including construction, fees, direct work and other costs.
• Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs.
• Utilize benchmark data from previous projects to inform estimate accuracy.
• Advise clients on capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios.
• Provide insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term financial planning.
• Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and vendor selection.
• Establish and manage cost reporting schedules and present cost reports to clients.
• Monitor and manage end-to-end invoicing process and change management.
