• Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase and assist with historical cost data.
• Manage internal project budget, schedule of values, and monthly financial reporting.
• Manage external project budget and communications including change management and document control.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and executive reports; monitor cash flows and variances.
• Lead monthly vendor invoice reviews and coordinate with accounts payable.
