Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Management Analyst for its Graduate Development Program in Tampa, FL. The role supports the delivery of world-class cost management services across capital projects, with exposure to cost estimating, procurement, contract administration, change management and reporting.

The program targets recent graduates with up to two years of experience and offers structured development across core services, preparing you to become a consultant upon graduation.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree.
• Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Support development of comprehensive project estimates including construction, fees, direct work and other costs.
• Engage with vendors to review, validate and challenge cost inputs.
• Use benchmark data from prior projects to inform estimate accuracy.
• Provide capital planning insights and advise on strategies for large portfolios.
• Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation and final recommendations.
• Establish cost reporting schedules and present forecasts to clients.
