Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a driven candidate for the Project Management Analyst role within the Graduate Development Program at our Portland, OR location. This program is designed for recent graduates with < 2 years’ experience to develop across core services as a professional consultant upon graduation.

The two-year program includes exposure to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and governance, with mentoring and opportunities to work on real client projects in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Preferred Degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project meets quality standards and is completed on time.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes throughout the construction cycle.
• Assist with preparing proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
• Help establish effective project governance, processes and systems for use across the project.
• Ensure key information and data are shared and retained appropriately.
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
