Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes throughout the construction.
• Prepare proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
• Establish effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and team members.
• Coordinate with executives, project team members, consultants and vendors.
• Transcribe meeting minutes and drive actions to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans and follow-up with team members on completion status.
• Contribute monthly reporting and executive dashboards.
