Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and related documentation through construction.
• Assist with preparing proposals for new or modified projects.
• Help establish project governance, processes, and reporting structures.
• Maintain accurate project information and data retention for stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project teams; coordinate with vendors and consultants.
• Attend meetings, record actions, and drive items to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans and support status reporting and close-out activities.
• Support procurement activities and monitor project costs and performance against budgets.
