Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes for the construction phase.
• Assist with preparation of proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
• Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
• Ensure that key information and data are shared and retained appropriately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and team members.
• Interface with executive management, project team members, consultants and vendors.
• Transcribe meeting minutes and drive actions to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans and follow up on status.
