Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or equivalent.
• Engineer-in-Training certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, Open Roads, or related software.
• Ability to operate in a team and learn under a licensed Civil Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in design of public infrastructure work.
• Provide day-to-day design support and drafting for plan production.
• Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, and utility evaluations.
• Create drawings and visual aids for projects.
• Coordinate with agency staff and internal teams on designs and issues.
