This entry-level role offers mentorship toward a PE license with exposure to project management, client coordination, and QA/QC procedures. Expected start date January 2026 to May/June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or equivalent.
• Engineer-in-Training certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Willingness to learn and apply local codes and QA/QC procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication to support project teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in design of public infrastructure.
• Provide drafting support for plan production activities.
• Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, and utility evaluations.
• Prepare drawings and visual aids; use AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation, etc.
• Coordinate with agency staff and internal teams on designs and analyses.
• Support project management and collaborate to meet schedules.
