OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer in Indiana to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. You will gain exposure to civil engineering projects, support planning and design, and work with senior staff to deliver practical, people-focused solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes data collection, design calculations, CAD drawing creation, plan reviews, and coordination to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, ArcGIS, or similar software.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• Co-op experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and analyses.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Create design drawings using CAD software.
• Review project plans for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
