Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering civil engineering projects. You will support planning and design efforts, perform analyses, and work with senior staff to develop creative, people-focused solutions for clients.

You will gain experience across data collection, design calculations, CAD drawing production, and coordination with internal teams while growing in a multidisciplinary firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
• Co-op experience in civil engineering is strongly considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection and analysis to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses for assigned tasks.
• Assist in preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings.
• Review project plans for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
