Job summary

Seattle University seeks an LTA advising specialist to support the Albers Graduate programs through the calendar unification from quarter to semester. You’ll work on materials, track student progress, and help advisors translate degree requirements across systems.

Role requires strong collaboration, comfort with new technology, and attention to detail to ensure on-time graduation for graduate students.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing academic data.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptability and comfort learning new technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Academic Planning through Semester Transition and maintain related materials.
• Track student progress using Excel, Program Evaluations, and BI tools.
• Assist with creating and revising degree plans across quarter/semester calendars.
• Learn Colleague and Workday for degree planning and provide user support.
