Job summary

Seattle University seeks a proactive Undergraduate Academic Advisor to guide students through educational planning, registration, and progression. You’ll collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and campus partners to provide timely, accurate information and referrals, supporting student success and engagement.

In this role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload, use CRM tools to track progress, and help students navigate resources, internships, study abroad, and co-curricular opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience in education or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse populations and equity.
• Strong communication, listening, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise a caseload of students with education planning and registration.
• Collaborate with campus partners and faculty to support student success.
• Maintain accurate advising records and use CRM for student progress.
