Reporting to the Albers Senior Graduate Programs Advisor, this Limited Term Appointment (LTA) position provides administrative and academic specialist support to the Albers Graduate academic advisors and Albers graduate students through the transition from quarter to semester terms during the calendar unification at Seattle University. The Albers Graduate LTA advising specialist will work as part of a dynamic, student-oriented advising team, on projects related to the calendar unification project and student retention. The LTA advising specialist role requires creativity, attention to detail, and comfort learning and teaching new technology. This Limited Term Appointment (LTA) position is expected to end on June 30, 2028.
$52,000 - $55,000
Positions designated as hybrid eligible may offer the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule after successful completion of an introductory period of 3-6 months. In these cases, the role typically begins fully on campus to support onboarding and training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid arrangement thereafter. Positions designated as on-site are not eligible for hybrid work and are expected to remain fully on campus. All flexible work arrangements are subject to periodic review and may be modified or discontinued at any time at the university’s discretion.
