Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years prior educational environment experience or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to equity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen and respond effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Advise a caseload of students, guiding educational planning and registration.
• Collaborate with campus partners to provide timely information and resources.
• Maintain records of advising conversations and track progress in CRM.
• Support onboarding and provide flexible academic advising services.
• Participate in campus events and contribute to advising resources.
